Listed broadcaster TVN saw its rating and outlook "not immediately affected" by the news that the parent ITI Holdings may want to sell its stake in TVN, Standard and Poor's rating agency said in a press statement.
ITI Holdings mulls different options for potential sale or disposal of its entire stake in TVN but has not made any decision yet, TVN said in a market filing on July 7.
