Couch potato

I am Steve and I am 38 years old. I am a coach potato and I am not ashamed to admit it. I hate physical exercise. I think it is boring and unnecessary. There is no point in going to the gym. You will put on weight anyway. When I was a student I used to hate PE. It was the most horrible subject. Other students laughed at me because I was bad at basketball and gymnastics. Now I don't do anything. I never walk to work or to shop. I always drive. I don't clean my house because it is too tiring. I ask my mother for help. I never watch sport on TV because I find it extremely boring. If I don't have to work, I spend most of my time in bed in front of TV. Watching TV is the best. I have no idea why people exercise. It is much better to rest in bed, each fast food and just relax. My brother is a professional footballer and I feel sorry for him. His life is terrible. He has to practice every morning! It's horrible!
