Polish Banks Increase Spending on Advertising

May 20, 2011 Listed bank PKO BP spent 21 million zlotys over two months on its advertising campaign of no-fee current accounts, media news portal Presserwis release based on stats researcher TNS OBOP shows. Bank ING BSK spent 19.2 million zlotys on the campaign promoting its mortgages, bank BZ WBK - 15.5 million zlotys on the campaign advertising its cash loans, while Bank Millennium - 14.9 million zlotys on adverts of its current account 'Good Account', the Puls Biznesu daily writes. All of the spending figures are sums calculated according to price lists, excluding rebates. The real spending of the banks will likely by roughly two times lower than the sums.
